* We read our story What Did I See?.


* We read our story I Went Walking and we worked on sequencing the animals that the character saw.


* We practiced our spelling words.


* We continued our Jj letter study.  We sorted pictures and words by those that begin with Jj and those that do not begin with Jj.


We identified 7 these words that begin with Jj:

5. jack

7. jacket


We identified these 5 words that do not begin with Jj:
1. map

* We reviewed the letters Uu (like umbrella), Vv (like violin) and Ww (like watch).

HOMEWORK
* Read the 3 calendar sentences above.


* Read What Did I See? (posted last Sunday) and I Went Walking (posted yesterday).


* Complete the spelling words homework paper I am sending home and return it to school tomorrow in your backpack envelope.  Our spelling test will be on Thursday!


* Read and spell the 7 words above that begin with Jj and the 5 words above that do not begin with Jj.
