* We read our story Can You Find It?.


* We read our story Kip Went Zip and focused on these 5 words:

* We continued to practice our spelling words.


* We continued our Kk letter study.  We sorted pictures and words by those that begin with Kk and those that do not begin with Kk.


These 5 words begin with Kk:
1. kitten
2. kite/kites
3. kangaroo
4. key
5. king


These 2 words do not begin with Kk:
1. fish
2. horse


* We learned about these 4 body parts:
1. head
2. shoulders
3. knees
4. toes
We have 1 head, 2 shoulders, 2 knees, and 10 toes!


* We read our book Put Me in the Zoo by Robert Lopshire.












HOMEWORK
* Read the 3 calendar sentences above.


* Read What Can You Find? (posted last Sunday).


* Read Kip Went Zip (posted 3/14 Sunday) and read and spell the 5 words above.


* Complete the spelling words homework paper I am sending home and return it to school tomorrow in your backpack envelope.  Our spelling test will be Thursday!


* Read and spell the 5 words above that begin with Kk and the 2 words above that do not begin with Kk.

* Read and spell the 4 body parts above.
